Villkor för bildanvändning

Vi älskar att se våra produkter ute i naturen i sociala media. Det händer att vi frågar om det går bra att vi använder bilder eller filmer i våra kanaler. Bilderna och filmerna kommer i första hand att publiceras på våra hemsidor i Sverige, Norge och Finland men kan också användas i våra andra kanaler som sociala media (Instagram, Facebook och liknande), digitala utskick som nyhetsbrev, leveransbesked etc. Till bilden eller filmen kommer i de flesta fall även din text att synas. Vi kommer alltid att visa vilket instagramkonto bilden kommer ifrån.

Genom att svara på vår förfrågan med #yesnaturkompaniet eller #yespartioaitta i samband med din bild (med eventuell text) eller film (från och med nu refererat till som ”Bild”), godkänner du följande:

Du ger Naturkompaniet AB (556433-7037), Naturkompaniet AS (912 893 030 MVA) och Partioaitta Oy (0201830-0) en icke-exklusiv, royaltyfri, världsomspännande och tills vidare gällande licens att använda Bilden i marknadsföring och reklam för kommersiellt bruk. Det innebär att Bilden är fri att använda i olika sammanhang utan begränsningar så som på våra hemsidor i Sverige, Norge och Finland samt våra nyhetsbrev och våra sociala media (Instagram, Facebook och liknande). Bilden får av Naturkompaniet/Partioaitta fritt redigeras och beskäras. Du befriar härmed Naturkompaniet AB, Naturkompaniet AS och Partioaitta Oy från alla skyldigheter att betala dig för användandet av Bilden. Om du är under 18 år garanterar du att du har dina föräldrars eller annan målsmans tillåtelse. Vi kommer inte att redigera din Bild mer än att i vissa fall beskära den för att passa vårt valda format.

Du garanterar att du har tagit Bilden själv och att du äger rättigheterna till den. Du garanterar också att du har tillåtelse från de personer som eventuellt syns i Bilden att ge Naturkompaniet AB, Naturkompaniet AS och Partioaitta Oy tillåtelse att använda den. Naturkompaniet AB, Naturkompaniet AS och Partioaitta Oy har rätt att be om ett skriftligt godkännande från personer som syns på Bilden. Du garanterar att Naturkompaniet AB, Naturkompaniet AS och Partioaitta Oy kan använda Bilden utan att det kränker en tredje parts rättigheter eller bryter mot gällande lagstiftning. Du godkänner att du blir ersättningsskyldig för alla eventuella krav från tredje part som kan uppstå i samband med en sådan överträdelse.

Naturkompaniet AB, Naturkompaniet AS och Partioaitta Oy har inte rätt att sälja, låna ut eller ge bort Bilden till tredje part. Dock kan inte Naturkompaniet AB, Naturkompaniet AS och Partioaitta Oy ha kontroll över om tredje part kopierar eller delar vidare bilder eller filmer från våra olika kanaler. Naturkompaniet AB, Naturkompaniet AS och Partioaitta Oy är inte ansvariga för hur Bilden används utanför dess sfär och möjliga överträdelser av tredje part.

Om du i efterhand önskar att få din Bild borttagen från Naturkompaniets eller Partioaittas sociala media eller hemsida, kontakta oss via mail eller ring oss så ska vi se till att Bilden tas bort. Om du har några frågor vänligen kontakta oss via info@naturkompaniet.se.

Svensk lag ska tillämpas för denna överenskommelse.

These are the terms and conditions with which we (Naturkompaniet AB, Naturkompaniet AS and Partioaitta Oy) get your permission to use your pictures or videos (materials) on our websites, Facebook and Instagram accounts.

1. When you give us a non-exclusive permission to use your materials, the permission only applies to the pictures and videos you have at that time marked with #yesnaturkompaniet and/or #yespartioaitta.
2. Non-exclusive means that you will remain free to use the materials as you want and that you may also allow others to use the same materials.
3. The permission includes the right to use, distribute, modify, copy and communicate the materials to the public. The permission also covers any texts you may have used in association with the materials.
4. What this means in practice is that you give us a permission to use your materials on our website and on our Instagram and Facebook accounts. If we would like to use your materials elsewhere, we will ask for a separate permission from you.
5. We will not modify your materials except by cropping it, for example if the materials are displayed in a square format.
6. Also, we will not and do not have the right to transfer the materials or our rights in the materials to a third party.
7. It is important for us to know that you own all rights in the materials. We need to ensure this to avoid a situation where you, for example, have already sold the rights to the materials to someone else and if we use your materials we would infringe those rights.
8. You therefore confirm that you have taken the pictures or shot the videos. If you haven’t, you confirm that the person who took the picture or shot the video has agreed that you can give us this permission to use the materials.
9. If you are not alone in the pictures or videos, you confirm that you have the permission from the others to grant us the right to use the materials.
10. You understand that we do not pay for the permission to use the materials.
11. You understand that we cannot control what others may do with the materials. We are not responsible for any actions of others in relation to the materials, especially outside of our social media accounts, for example if the materials are used without your permission.
12. Your permission is valid until further notice, even if your remove the #yesnaturkompaniet/#partioaitta hashtag from the materials. If you wish us to remove your materials from our social media accounts, please contact us by e-mail (info@naturkompaniet.se) and we of course will make sure that the materials are removed.

14. You confirm that you are 18 or older.
15. The law of Sweden applies to this agreement. We always strive to find an amicable settlement to disputes, but if we cannot, the District Court of Stockholm shall have jurisdiction.
